    Description

    This is a large 12" silver tray from "The SS United States Liner". This attractive silver tray was expressly made for the "Big U" by "The Gorham Silver Company", which is stamped on the bottom along with "United States Lines". The condition is excellent, and the insignia is crisp, front & center. This piece was purchased at the 1984 SSUS at auction in Norfolk, Virginia.
