This 1" diameter expension mast can be used to increase height of an antenna and thus improve effective range, or to boost placement of an antenna above on-board obstructions. Stainless steel upper and lower ferrules with standard 1 in -14 thread Suggested mount: Shakespeare Style 4187 or 5187 One section, actual length 24" Use an upper support bracket (sold seperately) if the lengt of antenna and mast total more than eight feet.
