In the middle, in a rim of dots, there is a double-headed eagle below it on the inside of the dotted rim of the word "BANK OF RUSSIA".
Reverse: a relief image of a pair of beavers, along the circumference there is an inscription: "WESTERN SIBERIAN BEAVER".
