ORIGINAL CURVED BULGARIA PILOT BADGE (1935-45) GILT BRONZE C1763A

From my aviation collection I offer a genuine Bulgarian pilot badge. These badges are actually first pattern pilot qualification badges of the secret Bulgarian Air Force. They were awarded at a time when Bulgaria was prevented by the treaty of Versailles from having a military air force. The badge is gold plated bronze and about 27.2mm high and 61.1 wide with a pin back. They were referred to as Flyers of Tourist Aircraft. These badges were frequently awarded to German Luftwaffe pilots who flew with the Bulgarian air force during the war. I am selling mine when I noticed several for sale on eBay with prices ranging from a high of 00 to about 0. They appear to be genuine to me, but I know mine is and is a lot lower in price, as I have had it long enough that I can sell for less and still be happy. THERE ARE SOME THAT ARE FLAT AND THOSE WERE MADE AFTER THE WAR in Germany and not before or during the war for collectors who wanted one. See the scans. U.S. shipping is free. Pay pal preferred.
