Here is a nice fossil crinoid plate from the famous Edwardsville formation of Crawfordsville, Indiana. It has two nice specimens on it.

Pachylocrinus sp + Macrocrinus mundulus
Locality: Edwardsville formation, Crawfordsville, Indiana
Size: Largest crown measures 4 cm long on matrix measuring 7 x 5 cm
Age: Mississippian
