    Description

    Mitterteich Bavaria Germany White Round Covered Vegetable Serving Dish 1918-1923. Label stamp J. Rieber & Co SELB-MITTERTEICH 536. This dish is white with gold trim.
    15” long, 9” wide, 7 1/5” tall to handle 4 1/5” tall to rim of serving dish.
    I attached date stamp of brand stamp for verification of age. This is a very old dish and is in remarkable condition for age. It has some ware on gold and I found after extensive examination there is a tiny chip on lid that someone repaired. I did not make the repair, so I cannot say anything about it’s quality. It may have came from factory like that for all I know. I’m selling as is. This is a beautiful piece for being over a 100 years old!! There is also some areas on bottom rim of lid that are not glazed. I assume this may be standard for this kind of old dish. Ask questions before purchase. Thanks!!
