Description
I have added new photos of the original coop I built five years ago. The pictures show how the coop has held up and how easy it is to clean! This listing is for the
HUGE
"B" size (11" x 17")
plans. I could offer this in "A" size (8-1/2" X 11") but the larger sheets make this so much easier for you. No squinting or magnifying glasses needed to read them like you have to do on the other plans being offered here on eBay! See the photo for size comparison.

30 Sheets
of easy to follow plans, broken up into
12 component
sets.
Modular:
You build each component separately (like in your garage) and assemble the components at your site. Which means you can also take it apart! This also helps when you have less room to work on a large project such as this.
Incredibly Easy to Clean:
Open both side doors, pull out the roost and cleaning is a breeze! (see photo)
Coop Area
is 4' X 5' with an additional 2' X 4' Nesting box! (Total 28 Square Feet)
I designed this chicken coop after looking at so many different designs from local manufacturers, homeowners and on-line.
I wanted a small coop that would be fit at least six chickens comfortably and one that was very easy to clean.
So after months of research I decided to just design my own coop.
While designing this I had the following goals in mind:
·
Six to eight chickens
·
Easy cleaning
·
Secure in the evening
·
Shade during the day
·
Outside access to nesting boxes
·
Adjustable cross ventilation
·
Insulation for cold winters and hot summers
·
Roof that covers nesting box
·
Modular construction so components can be made in garage and transported to final location
Through the building process I made changes and options to the plans and in the end the coop was easily assembled together!
