This listing is for an beautiful antique Half Doll made in Germany.
Circa 1910's - 1920's
It is an original antique piece and is in wonderful condition.
This half doll comes from my private collection. Has been kept in a curio cabinet and comes from a smoke free environment.
She is a larger half doll and is 4.25 inches tall
She is a nude "arms away" style half doll.
Incised with Germany on both front and back and the numbers 18416
NO chips, cracks, repairs. Please view all photos.
She has exceptional detailing in her hands and fingers as well as her beautifully styled hair.
She has lovely blue eyes and please zoom in to her facial features. She has been painted by a talented artist who took pride in their skill.
She is of very good quality. The lips, brows and eyes along with the blush work on this half doll are wonderfully executed.
This beautiful antique half doll would make a great addition to any collection. She would also make a stunning pincushion/dresser doll.
Please see the next to last photo which shows a doll similar in mold style. I transformed that antique half doll into a boudoir doll which I named "Princess Anne". I designed a base and costume and finished that antique half doll into an heirloom collectible pincushion dresser doll. Princess Anne has sold but if you are interested I can create your very own heirloom doll.
